Customers must provide their phone number and the order number found on the invoice included with the package.
Free Exchange in Case of Product Defect:
Exchanges are free of charge if the product is found to be defective and the defect was not noticed at the time of delivery.
Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product in the presence of the delivery staff to avoid the need for a later exchange and to allow immediate handling of any issues.
