Delivery Terms

Delivery Time:
Delivery time varies by region and usually takes between 1 to 3 business days from the order date.

Delivery Fees:

West Bank: 20 NIS
Jerusalem: 30 NIS
Abu Qash (Jerusalem suburb): 45 NIS
Areas within 1948 borders: 70 NIS

Delivery Areas:
We deliver to all areas across Palestine.

Delivery Attempts:
If the delivery team is unable to complete the delivery (due to customer-related reasons such as not answering or being unavailable),
the customer will be contacted to arrange an additional delivery attempt.

Responsibility:
We are responsible for the product until it is delivered to the customer.
Once the order is received and confirmed by the customer, full responsibility is transferred to the customer.

Additional Notes:
We recommend checking the condition of the product immediately upon receipt.
If there is any issue with the order or packaging, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
